Palestine Flag Waved in Bihar: Police have arrested three people for allegedly waving the flag of Palestine during a Muharram procession in Bihar’s Nawada district. Union Minister and Begusarai MP Giriraj Singh has targeted AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi and Congress over this. The Union Textile Minister said that when an experienced MP says Jai Palestine while taking oath inside the Parliament, it is natural that the number of such people will increase in the country.
Targeted Congress and Lalu Yadav
The BJP MP said that Congress and Lalu Yadav are not speaking up in this matter because they have taken the votes of Muslims. He said, “This is what will happen when the Congress prince openly takes the side of Muslims. Rahul Gandhi calls Hindus fundamentalists, but he does not speak up on these matters.” During this, the Union Minister also talked about taking action against Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi.
Congress will have to be weakened- Giriraj
BJP MP Giriraj Singh said, “Due to appeasement, shrines have been built everywhere in the country. These shrines are a new way of land jihad. Now people will have to wake up. Has India become Pakistan and Bangladesh? Someone is building a shrine, someone is calling it Palestine and the tukde-tukde gang is supporting it.” Targeting the Congress, Giriraj Singh said, “We will never forget the Emergency. We remember it not just for 10 years, but every year. If we want to save the country, we will have to weaken the Congress.”
Earlier, while taking the oath of office and secrecy in Parliament, AIMIM chief Owaisi had said Jai Bhim, Jai Telangana and Jai Palestine, after which BJP’s strong brand leader Giriraj Singh had demanded his ouster from the Parliament. He had said that Owaisi has insulted the country and action should be taken against him.
